T.P.O. membrane roofing work

This lining is one of the best known linings, both for residential and commercial buildings, because it remains a competitive product due to its low cost.  It comes with three guarantees:  20-25 and 30 years depending on the thickness of the lining. 

This type of membrane is designed to combine the durability of thermoplastic with the recognized performance of hot air-welded joints (heat welding).  These joints reflect the sun's rays and therefore do not absorb the heat. The roof temperature remains cooler in summer, which contributes to savings on the cost of air-conditioning.
